Food Packaging

• All prices are in USD.
• Absolute Minimum Order is $20.00 (self pick up at our office, on appointment).
• Minimum Order for free delivery (within BKKs, TTP or Riverside Areas) is $30.00 $50.00 minimum order for outlying areas….you can see a map here.. A $2.00 /$3.00 delivery charge will be added to orders less than $30.00/$50.00.
• Delivery Time in Phnom Penh: We do our best to deliver quickly but in order to keep our overheads low we make one delivery run per day (between 11 and 1am usually). Your order must be placed before 10am for same day delivery; otherwise it will be scheduled on the next day. We are CLOSED on Sundays and half days on Saturdays.
• Delivery to Other Cities – We ship via Kerry Express and your items are normally delivered within 24 – 48 hours. Charges are $2.00 – $3.00 per carton and a minimum order of 500 pieces is required (can mix products to attain this minimum).
• Quantity Discounts: ALL orders placed on our website are automatically discounted 5%. An additional discount is given at 500, 1000 and/or 2000 pieces (depending on the product).

Reusables

• Minimum order is 1 piece, delivery via Grab Express/Kerry Express at your cost. We will cover the delivery fee if your order is more than $25.00
• If we are able to deliver along with our food packaging orders, we will do so at no cost…but this can only be done with prior arrangement!
• Delivery arrangements will be made upon order receipt and payment.
• Other Cities – Delivery will be via Kerry Express, allow 24-72 hours for delivery, charges are $2.00 per package to Siem Reap and $2.50 per package to Kampot.
• In the event you are not home to accept the order, the item will be returned and another delivery charge will apply on re-delivery.
• Payment may be made by Wing, ABA transfer or cash (if pick-up is arranged).
• We will occasionally attend events, or arrange a meet-up at a local restaurant or coffee shop, where you can pay and pick up your items at no extra charge.
